Came here for Milwaukee warranty work. Process was easy and professional. I took some time to admire the literal arsenal of consumables (drill bits blades cut off wheels etc) and will definitely be stopping by more often as this is a very convenient location…they also have a whole setup for sharpening stuff.

My Passelode 16ga angled finish nailer had been screwing up (jamming, misfiring) more and more recently till finally it quit working altogether. A friend of mine mentioned Tool Doctor and I gave them a call. Yes, they have a program where if you bring your nailer in they ship it out for cleaning, maintenance, and repair, turn around time 2 weeks for $150. It was worthless to me as it was so I took it in. I got a call 2 weeks later and picked it up. What a Difference!! It was like have a brand new machine. It hasn’t misfired or jammed even once since I got it back. I HIGHLY recommend the Tool Doctor!! 5 Stars

I was looking for someone who handled warranty work for Black & Decker. Hand held vac died, they sent it off and got it replaced. They have all sorts of tools! Great store. They have lots of makita and milwaukee stuff in stock. If you need a blade or a bit they have tons of them!! They also do repairs as a official repair facility for many different brands.

Showed up last min to get some Sawzall blades last min and saw they were closing, Bryan said no worries and opened back up real quick to help get the blades we needed!

My husband needed a hard to find part for an old hammer drill and has come here before for service and parts. They had the part at a reasonable price. Always good customer service.

I went to the Tool Doctor on Magnolia after I started having issues with my M18 Fuel Skill-saw from Milwaukee. It would act up and decide when I was going to cut something or if I was going to cut anything at all that day... I showed up and immediately he knew the problem. He also had informed me that the saw was warranted for five years, and Milwaukee would be paying for it. I had no idea, I thought I was out of luck and out a skill-saw. I highly recommend the tool doctor for any of your power tool needs. Very pleasant and knowledgeable staff.

Great experience, spent over $400 on various Milwaukee products and never had an issue. I recently had a problem with one of the tools I purchased. So I called and Austin made quick work of me getting my broken tool back and replaced it hassle free. If you’re ever going to buy a power tool that costs a lot, go to the Tool Doctor, save the trouble of having to warranty something through a big city retail company! Great American owned and operated business.
